SIC 2024 will be hosted by Ingenium – Canada’s Museums of Science and Innovation. Most of the sessions will take place at the Canada Science and Technology Museum, which was completely rebuilt in 2017. There will be excursions to the other campuses of Ingenium such as the Canada Agriculture and Food Museum, and the Canada Aviation and Space Museum. There will also be special tours and workshops hosted at the Ingenium Centre, our new state-of the art research and storage facility. The Ingenium Research Institute is located in this Centre bringing together a community of researchers, the artifact collection, Library and Archives, Digital Innovation Lab, and conservation labs. We invite SIC participants to search and browse Ingenium’s collections online to discover our holdings across many subject areas.
